Made up of two sets of brothers (who are also cousins), Quinzy have been treating local music fans with their unique pop-rock blend through a series of EPs including 'One Boy's Guide To The Moon' and 'These Nautical Miles'. To top off that recorded talent, these local boys have the passion and personalities to win over even the most sceptical music snob with their live show. They'll round out their 3 EP set with "Self-Defence" which they'll promote through a CD Release "Showcial" (a good 'ol Winnipeg social) Saturday, November 7th @ The Academy.

BlakRoc lets us in to watch the magic of music being made...it's a wonderful thing...
Matt Epp is four strong albums in and has no sign of slowing down any time soon! May it be because of his unique genre-free musical style or the complete honesty that comes out in his story telling lyrics; Matt has a way of grabbing the listener and holding them in a musical trance that could calm any rough day. Matt will be hitting the road in support of his latest release Safe or Free including playing a hometown album release at The Pyramid on November 3rd.

Indie Studio Domenica
Friday, 24 July 2009 18:38
Combine hard rock with a touch of grunge. metal and even pop and that somewhat describes the musical power of Domenica. Since forming in 2006 with one of the strongest female lead vocalists to come out of Winnipeg, the band has performed across the globe including England, Germany, the U.S. and, of course, Canada. Somewhat living the dream of more than a few local bands, Domenica is signed not only in Canada, but Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Japan. Having just released their debut album 'The Luxury', you can catch Domenica at the Royal Albert on October 10th and The Pyramid on October 23rd.
